Terms of Service

Effective July 28, 2026

SpencerOS is an internal managed-brand operations service. Access is limited to authorized operators and brand accounts. By authorizing an account, you confirm that you have authority to connect it and permit SpencerOS to perform the capabilities you approve.

Authorized use

SpencerOS may read account identity, profile, content, analytics, advertising, messaging, leads, and commerce information, and may prepare or publish content when those permissions are granted. Operators remain responsible for approvals, content rights, platform compliance, and account security.

Security and availability

Credentials are stored using protected local credential storage. Access can be revoked through the connected platform. The service is provided as available and may be limited by platform review, permissions, outages, or policy changes.

Platform terms

Use of TikTok features is also governed by TikTok's applicable terms, policies, and developer requirements.
