Privacy Policy

This policy describes how SpencerOS handles information for authorized managed-brand operations.
Information processed
Depending on approved permissions, SpencerOS may process account identifiers, profile information, public content, content drafts, post status, audience and performance analytics, advertising information, messages, leads, and commerce information.
How information is used
Information is used only to verify the connected brand identity, display operational status, analyze performance, manage approved workflows, and publish or update content when an authorized operator requests it.
Storage and sharing
Access credentials are stored in protected local credential storage and are not displayed in the SpencerOS interface. Information is not sold. It is shared only with the connected platform as necessary to perform an authorized action or when required by law.
Retention and control
Operational records are retained only as needed for auditability and service operation. Platform access may be revoked at any time through the connected platform. Authorized administrators may request deletion of locally retained connection data.
